A few of our Projects
High pressure valve knobs
Made from aluminum EN AW-6082 T6 with a tolerance of + -0.05mm. Successively pearl blasted and matte black anodized. The knobs have a knurled surface for extra grip.
Conical sealing rings
Made from aluminum EN AW-6082 T6 with a tolerance of + -0.05mm. Successively pearl blasted and matte black anodized. The rings are provided with left-handed threads.
Precision leveling pistons
Made of stainless steel Inox Steel EN1.4404 / AISI 316L with a tolerance of + -0.015mm. The leveling pistons are provided with a hexagonal top surface.
Oil recoil valve system
Made from aluminum EN AW-6082 T6 with a tolerance of + -0.03mm. Subsequently black anodized and a logo applied. Produced using the DMG Mori DMF 180/7 milling machine.
